type='html'>Council for Technical Education, U.P., Lucknow like every year will be conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (JEECUP 2014) for the admissions in various Private and Governemnt Polytechnic colleges across the state. JEECUP 2014 is scheduled to be conducted on 5th, 6th and 7th May 2014 where as the Application forms are accepted now.
Interested candidates would need to get the Application form through any Polytechnic Institute of State, Subsidized and private sector which will be available from 17th January, 2014 till 25th February'13. Candidates application should reach the authorities on or before 25th February'13.

UP Polytechnic (JEECUP) results 2014 & counselling schedule - jeecup.org
type='html'>JEE CUP 2014 counselling schedule 2014: Joint Entrance Examination of UP Polytechnic (JEECUP) resultss 2014 of about 4 lakh candidates would be released in the middle of June 2014. Candidates appreared in the test would be able to check the the resultss on the official website of JEECUP on www.jeecup.org, once published.
UP Polytechnic offers various 2 to 3 years courses such as Diploma Engineering/Technology, Agriculture Engineering, Fashion Designing, Library and Information Science, Diploma in Pharmacy, PG Diploma in Biotechnology and Hotel Management where the eligibility for these diploma courses are class 10th and 12th with the defined passing marks. Specialized courses like PG in Biotechnology require B.Sc in Biotechnology.
